Stage mandate process
Two divisions
Origination, and the movement of surplus.
The first division originates deals: we define a requirement, find the counterparty that can meet it and structure the introduction. The second places surplus and overstocked inventory, moving goods that sit idle in warehouses to buyers who need that specification now. The category is open: any bulk goods with demand and quality can be placed through the same verification standard and the same success based commercial model.
