Ventra applies a Norwegian standard of documentation and discretion to international markets. The standards below govern every mandate.
Ventra treats every submission as confidential by default. Requirements, capabilities and opportunities are reviewed internally and are not circulated, listed or published in identifiable form.
Disclosure is staged. General parameters are shared first, sensitive commercial detail second, and identity only once both sides are qualified and disclosure has been agreed in writing.
Before any introduction, Ventra assesses authority to transact, demonstrable capability or capacity, supporting documentation, and commercial intent.
Ventra does not work with anonymous counterparties, undocumented origin, or informal transaction structures. Where a counterparty cannot evidence authority or capability, the engagement does not proceed.
Ventra provides commercial sourcing, origination, research and introduction services. Ventra does not provide legal, tax or investment advice, and does not act as a licensed broker, dealer or financial intermediary.
Where a transaction, jurisdiction or activity requires licensed or regulated professionals, Ventra works alongside appropriately authorised third parties appointed by the principals.
Enhanced due diligence applies to all mining, precious metals and precious stones activity. Considerations include beneficial ownership, source and provenance, chain of custody, export and import documentation, sanctions screening, responsible sourcing standards, counterparty verification, refinery credentials, and applicable AML and KYC requirements.
Engagement is limited to documented entities and refinery-linked or otherwise verifiable relationships.
Real estate and land activity is limited to origination, market mapping and controlled introductions between principals and their appointed advisers.
Where local regulation requires licensed brokerage or other regulated services, Ventra works alongside appropriately authorised professionals. Ventra does not act as a licensed real estate broker.
Ventra facilitates physical supply relationships between producers, exporters, importers and commercial buyers.
Ventra does not trade, broker or advise on commodity derivatives, futures, structured notes or any other financial instrument.
Information submitted through this site is used solely to assess and progress the submission. It is stored securely, accessible only to authorised Ventra personnel, and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Counterparty details are shared only where required to progress an introduction, and only after disclosure has been agreed.
Submitting a requirement, capability or opportunity does not create a binding engagement, agency relationship or transaction obligation. Engagement terms, including scope, exclusivity and fees, are agreed separately in writing.
All opportunities and counterparties are subject to independent verification and due diligence by the principals and their advisers. Principals transact directly with one another.
